Health & wellbeing FAQs
How do you support each resident’s health and wellbeing?
Every resident has a personalised care plan, developed with their family and health professionals and reviewed regularly, so support always matches their needs. With help for daily routines, secure medicine management, mobility assistance, visiting health professionals and a 24-hour emergency call system in every room and communal area, assistance is always close at hand.
What visiting health professionals are available?
Residents are visited regularly by the local district nurse and have access to a visiting GP service, as well as a podiatrist, optometrist, dentist and other therapists as needed. We also arrange pharmacy script pick-up and delivery, so much of the care you need comes to you.
