What recreational and private spaces are available?
Each resident has a spacious private furnished room with garden views, available in single, twin-share and double configurations with various bathroom options. Communal spaces feature an air-conditioned lounge, TV areas, library, dining facilities, landscaped gardens, resident gardens and vegetable boxes. Gracevale Lodge is also an easy stroll or bus trip to the Warragul town centre.
What safety measures are in place?
The safety and security of our residents is paramount. Residents receive 24-hour personalised care, support and supervision, with a nurse call bell in every bedroom and bathroom and in each of the communal and recreational areas.
How big are the bedrooms?
All bedrooms are comfortable, private, spacious and fully-furnished with garden outlooks. Options include single, twin-share and double-sized rooms with various bathroom configurations. Every bedroom has a bed, armchair, bedroom furniture, built-in wardrobe and shelving.
Can couples live together?
Yes — we provide special double-sized rooms to accommodate couples. All rooms feature a pleasant leafy outlook onto the beautiful landscaped Gracevale Lodge gardens.
Will my loved one have access to transport for appointments?
We support residents' independence and community connections. Staff can help make medical and other appointments, and help arrange transport to and from them. Our location also offers convenient access to town-centre services.
Are there restrictions on visiting hours?
Visitors and family are always welcome between 8am and 8pm each day. Guests may join residents for meals, and indoor and outdoor seating areas are available.
Do you allow pets?
Cats and dogs are not permitted. If you have a very small pet that can be kept in an aquarium or cage in your bedroom, we may be able to accommodate it.
